I'm in DC today to represent the voiceless...

Animals don’t have a political party, but luckily they have supporters on both sides—and we’re here tonight to honor them.

We have both Democratic and Republican members of Congress here tonight, who have helped on many animal issues.

Our current priority is ending military trauma training on animals, which has been replaced in countries around the world, and there is bipartisan support to make the U.S. next.

I am thrilled to be at the Willard, the “Hotel of Presidents,” which has made an all-vegan menu for PETA’s party.

Pamela Anderson has a body of work that encompasses entertainment and activism. She is an international icon who uses her status to help make the world a better place.

Pamela Anderson has proclaimed the Playboy Mansion was her university. 

She was exposed to everything important there. Intellectuals and artists - A free thinking lifestyle that ignited her. 

Hefner says Pamela is the DNA of Playboy - and put her on the cover a record 14 times, including the magazine’s final cover January 2016.  

Pamela’s 1st television role was playing Lisa, the Tool Time Girl on ABC’s hit sitcom “Home Improvement”.

She chair’s the board of directors of The Sea Shepherd Conservation Society which helps to further her mission to maintain the biodiversity of the ocean.

She is on the Russian council of IFAW and traditionally speaks at the Kremlin and Capitol Hill. 

She joins forces with her dear friend and mentor Dame Vivienne Westwood every chance she gets appearing in apocalyptic ads and supporting Climate Revolution - defending culture and the human experience along with environmental rights and awareness. 

She is a board member of The Courage Foundation advocating for Julian Assange and other brave whistle blowers.

She lovingly defends Leonard Peltier — and freedom of information, education and Justice for the vulnerable, for all living beings on the Planet - exposing the hardships of women and children in difficult surroundings. 

She has visited numerous refugee camps bringing children toys, sweet animal coloring books, food and warm clothing -

She has visited and supported orphanages in Haiti and Russia.

She has supported the National Domestic Violence Hotline for many years, while The Pamela Anderson Foundation (www.pamelaandersonfoundation.org), boldly supports organizations and individuals that stand on the front lines, risking their lives in the protection of human, animal, and environmental rights. 

Anderson has a tiny vegan, sustainable line of cozy footwear- a labor of love - an overture to her fellow malibu moms - 

Presenting compassionate alternatives to the animal skinned boots she regrettably made famous on Baywatch. Educating people about the cruelty of sheep skin products- encouraging a switch to (www.pammieslife.com), 

She has aligned with her hometown friends at The Hatch Winery, to create her first vintage in the Pamela Anderson wine collection ‘CONTEMPT ‘Brut Rose’ with an inspired cinephile twist with more wines to come -available only in Canada, (sorry).

Anderson is committed to all her causes and applies everything she learns to everything she does. She is an advocate for women and children and has been speaking out about the dangers of desensitization. She encourages empathy - she believes how we are taught to treat animals as children- can be an indicator of how we will treat people as adults. A need for early education -

She is calling for a Sensual Revolution While writing her book “The Sensual Revolution” with Rabbi Shmuley Boteach, She is simultaneously writing her own experiences in "White Hot Sex- A lost Art" (both out in 2017)

Her hobby is writing erotic short stories and poetry. 

She is the mother to two boys, an avid art collector and friend to the art community. She has been a distinguished speaker at both Oxford and Cambridge in regards to activism and making love. 

Her recent collaboration with Coco De Mer (who aligns perfectly with her sensual philosophy) is most exciting to her right now. Planning a lifetime collaboration - including her own line of pin up structural and sheer flirty underpinnings. 

She has passionately written for many years and is in the studio now recording her sexy bed time stories - for lovers to enjoy listening to, or reading to one another -

While she resides in Malibu, CA with her family.

Her sons Brandon Lee (20) an Actor, and Dylan Lee (19) a Musician independently study and pursue their dreams while also are blessed to be traveling the world modeling and meeting up with Mom in funny places- Museums around the world -

Pamela at present is shooting on location in London- A short film "Fuck Valentine's Day" by Rankin for Coco De Mer.

And designing a line of glamorous Eco Fur coats in Russia - along with keeping up with her daily duties as an activist.

IT’S OVER!

As of May, the saddest show on earth for wild animals will end.  Ringling is closing!  36 years of PETA protests, of documenting animals left to die, beaten animals, and much more, has reduced attendance to the point of no return.  All other animal circuses, roadside zoos, and wild animal exhibitors , including marine amusement parks like SeaWorld and the Miami Seaquarium, must take note: society has changed, eyes have been opened, people know now who these animals are, and we know it is wrong to capture and exploit them.  Thank you to everyone who has been part of this journey that continues.  Thank you to everyone who has picked up a protest sign, passed out leaflets, written letters, shared videos, called legislators, spoken to family, and been part of this relentless pursuit of freedom for animals. This would not have happened without you.

Request for pardons

Dear Mr. President,

I must request with urgency, humility, and as a lover of all beings -

as I advocate for many important issues around the world - I see human rights are being violated in demeaning political ways that are not helpful to anyone... 

I'm asking you to remember the beginning of your political career. 

When you had a dream, an idea, a cause worth the fight. 

When you had obstacles and fairness was not always in your favor. 

I request that you consider pardoning Julian Assange in your last days in office. 

It would be a bold and exciting move for the time we live in- the information age generation. 

Please stop the grand jury investigation, and the bullying that is turning the world off America. 

We must stop making Julian (or Russia) the scapegoat- Kids are smarter than this, and it is very divisive and tearing generations apart.  It simply must end - and is doable by the stroke of your pen. 

It may not be popular at first - but nothing worth anything is. There will be a dawning and utter gratitude - as people wake up. 

I understand Julian has been painted a bad guy - but he is not - He is a genius worth protection. 

the contents of the what he has published through Wikileaks 

are pure and uncensored. 

They are just the truth - 

the distraction tactics are seen through - it creates mistrust. 

We need less of that in today's world - Too much effort is being put into hurting smart people instead of befriending or building valuable bridges.

Julian and Wikileaks are essential -

especially in this political climate. 

We need truth tellers more than ever... 

I also kindly request you pardon Leonard Peltier. 

Doing these things will warm the hearts of many. Especially those whose hearts and minds desperately need warming. 

Our hearts and your legacy are at stake -

I know this- and

I appreciate that it is difficult as Presidents become  'institutionalized' ...

it is just what happens 

But now- 

You can go back to the fresh days of your beginnings and leave your signature mark of hope. 

while some of us still have 'hope' - please consider these simple requests. 

I know that in the beginning of your presidency you had such hope. 

And, I voted for you. 

My mother worships you (and Elvis) - 

She actually had a heart attack when you were being treated unfairly in your last election. -though she is Canadian...the world really adores you. 

You have done many great things as President. 

We all know your hands were increasingly tied. 

Do this for us. 

For activists who care and dedicate their lives like you. 

It's a strong message to send especially to our youth who are bombarded with information and 'Fake news'. We need some cyber heros. 

Right now. 

I feel that these last 8 yrs were incredibly hard on you and your family. 

And what we are facing now. 

Is very frightening. You must be as concerned, or I'm sure more concerned, as many of us are for the future -

It would give me tremendous hope to see Leonard spend the few years he has left surrounded by family on his land. 

And for Julian to be able to travel freely. See his children and his mother. 

He is protecting and informing us all. He has no agenda but to help end corruption of governments and empower people - 

It is a quality 'nuisance' I know. 

The timing may have been rough. But, you must admit. 

It is more difficult for corruption to take place. 

If you know the world can and will always find out. 

If I can help you in anyway. 

Please do not hesitate to ask. I'm sure you will be even more effective now as a free-er citizen. 

This is what I ask for my friends Leonard and Julian.
